KG	Téjnek italával tápláltalak titeket és nem kemény eledellel, mert még nem bírtátok volna meg, sőt még most sem bírjátok meg:
AS	I fed you with milk, not with meat; for ye were not yet able `to bear it': nay, not even now are ye able;
KJV	I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.

KG	Mert még testiek vagytok; mert amikor írigykedés, versengés és visszavonás van köztetek, vajjon nem testiek vagytok-é és nem ember szerint jártok-é?
AS	for ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you jealousy and strife, are ye not carnal, and do ye not walk after the manner of men?
KJV	For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

KG	Mert mikor egyik ezt mondja: Én Pálé vagyok; a másik meg: Én Apollósé; nem testiek vagytok-é?
AS	For when one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not men?
KJV	For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal?

KG	Hát kicsoda Pál és kicsoda Apollós? Csak szolgák, kik által hívőkké lettetek, és pedig amint kinek-kinek az Úr adta.
AS	What then is Apollos? and what is Paul? Ministers through whom ye believed; and each as the Lord gave to him.
KJV	Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man?

KG	Én plántáltam, Apollós öntözött; de az Isten adja vala a növekedést.
AS	I planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.
KJV	I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.

KG	Azért sem aki plántál, nem valami, sem aki öntöz; hanem a növekedést adó Isten.
AS	So then neither is he that planteth anything, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.
KJV	So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.

KG	A plántáló pedig és az öntöző egyek; de mindenik a maga jutalmát veszi a maga munkája szerint.
AS	Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: but each shall receive his own reward according to his own labor.
KJV	Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.

KG	Mert Isten munkatársai vagyunk: Isten szántóföldje, Isten épülete vagytok.
AS	For we are God's fellow-workers: ye are God's husbandry, God's building.
KJV	For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.

KG	Az Istennek nékem adott kegyelme szerint, mint bölcs építőmester, fundamentomot vetettem, de más épít reá. Kiki azonban meglássa mimódon épít reá.
AS	According to the grace of God which was given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder I laid a foundation; and another buildeth thereon. But let each man take heed how he buildeth thereon.

KG	Mert más fundamentomot senki nem vethet azon kívül, amely vettetett, mely a Jézus Krisztus.
AS	For other foundation can no man lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
KJV	For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.

KG	Ha pedig valaki aranyat, ezüstöt, drágaköveket, fát, szénát, pozdorját épít rá erre a fundamentomra;
AS	But if any man buildeth on the foundation gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay, stubble;
KJV	Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;

KG	Kinek-kinek munkája nyilván lészen: mert ama nap megmutatja, mivelhogy tűzben jelenik meg; és hogy kinek-kinek munkája minémű legyen, azt a tűz próbálja meg.
AS	each man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it is revealed in fire; and the fire itself shall prove each man's work of what sort it is.
KJV	Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.

KG	Ha valakinek a munkája, amelyet ráépített, megmarad, jutalmát veszi.
AS	If any man's work shall abide which he built thereon, he shall receive a reward.
KJV	If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.

KG	Ha valakinek a munkája megég, kárt vall. Ő maga azonban megmenekül, de úgy, mintha tűzön keresztül.
AS	If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as through fire.
KJV	If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

KG	Nem tudjátok-é, hogy ti Isten temploma vagytok, és az Isten Lelke lakozik bennetek?
AS	Know ye not that ye are a temple of God, and `that' the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
KJV	Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

KG	Ha valaki az Isten templomát megrontja, megrontja azt az Isten. Mert az Istennek temploma szent, ezek vagytok ti.
AS	If any man destroyeth the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, and such are ye.
KJV	If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.

KG	Senki se csalja meg magát. Ha valaki azt hiszi, hogy bölcs ti köztetek e világon, bolond legyen, hogy bölcscsé lehessen.
AS	Let no man deceive himself. If any man thinketh that he is wise among you in this world, let him become a fool, that he may become wise.
KJV	Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.

KG	Mert e világ bölcsesége bolondság az Isten előtt. Mert meg van írva: Megfogja a bölcseket az ő csalárdságukban.
AS	For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He that taketh the wise in their craftiness:
KJV	For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.

KG	És ismét: Ismeri az Úr a bölcsek gondolatait, hogy hiábavalók.
AS	and again, The Lord knoweth the reasonings of the wise that they are vain.
KJV	And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.

KG	Azért senki se dicsekedjék emberekkel. Mert minden a tiétek.
AS	Wherefore let no one glory in men. For all things are yours;
KJV	Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are your's;

KG	Akár Pál, akár Apollós, akár Kéfás, akár világ, akár élet, akár halál, akár jelenvalók, akár következendők, minden a tiétek.
AS	whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours;
KJV	Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are your's;

KG	Ti pedig Krisztusé, Krisztus pedig Istené.
AS	and ye are Christ's; and Christ is God's.
KJV	And ye are Christ's; and Christ is God's.
