KG	Mi Urunk Istenünk, mily felséges a te neved az egész földön, aki az egekre helyezted dicsőségedet.
KJV	Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.

KG	A csecsemők és csecsszopók szájával erősítetted meg hatalmadat a te ellenségeid miatt, hogy a gyűlölködőt és bosszúállót elnémítsd.
KJV	When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;

KG	Mikor látom egeidet, a te újjaidnak munkáját; a holdat és a csillagokat, amelyeket teremtettél:
KJV	What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?

KG	Micsoda az ember – mondom – hogy megemlékezel róla? és az embernek fia, hogy gondod van reá?
KJV	For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.

KG	Hiszen kevéssel tetted őt kisebbé az Istennél, és dicsőséggel és tisztességgel megkoronáztad őt!
KJV	Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:

KG	Úrrá tetted őt kezeid munkáin, mindent lábai alá vetettél;
KJV	All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field;

KG	Juhokat és mindenféle barmot, és még a mezőnek vadait is;
KJV	The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.

KG	Az ég madarait és a tenger halait, mindent, ami a tenger ösvényein jár.
