AS	How hast thou helped him that is without power! How hast thou saved the arm that hath no strength!

KG	Bezzeg jó tanácsot adtál a tudatlannak, és sok értelmet tanusítottál!
AS	How hast thou counselled him that hath no wisdom, And plentifully declared sound knowledge!
KJV	How hast thou counselled him that hath no wisdom? and how hast thou plentifully declared the thing as it is?

KG	Kivel beszélgettél, és kinek a lelke jött ki belőled?
AS	To whom hast thou uttered words? And whose spirit came forth from thee?

KG	A halottak is megremegnek tőle; a vizek alatt levők és azok lakói is.
AS	They that are deceased tremble Beneath the waters and the inhabitants thereof.
KJV	Dead things are formed from under the waters, and the inhabitants thereof.

KG	Az alvilág mezítelen előtte, és eltakaratlan a holtak országa.
AS	Sheol is naked before `God', And Abaddon hath no covering.
KJV	Hell is naked before him, and destruction hath no covering.

KG	Ő terjeszti ki északot az üresség fölé és függeszti föl a földet a semmiség fölé.
AS	He stretcheth out the north over empty space, And hangeth the earth upon nothing.
KJV	He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.

KG	Ő köti össze felhőibe a vizeket úgy, hogy a felhő alattok meg nem hasad.
AS	He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds; And the cloud is not rent under them.

KG	Ő rejti el királyi székének színét, felhőjét fölibe terítvén.
AS	He incloseth the face of his throne, And spreadeth his cloud upon it.

KG	Ő szab határt a víz színe fölé – a világosságnak és setétségnek elvégződéséig.
AS	He hath described a boundary upon the face of the waters, Unto the confines of light and darkness.
KJV	He hath compassed the waters with bounds, until the day and night come to an end.

KG	Az egek oszlopai megrendülnek, és düledeznek fenyegetéseitől.
AS	The pillars of heaven tremble And are astonished at his rebuke.
KJV	The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his reproof.

KG	Erejével felriasztja a tengert, és bölcseségével megtöri Ráhábot.
AS	He stirreth up the sea with his power, And by his understanding he smiteth through Rahab.
KJV	He divideth the sea with his power, and by his understanding he smiteth through the proud.

KG	Lehelletével megékesíti az eget, keze átdöfi a futó kígyót.
AS	By his Spirit the heavens are garnished; His hand hath pierced the swift serpent.
KJV	By his spirit he hath garnished the heavens; his hand hath formed the crooked serpent.

KG	Ímé, ezek az ő útainak részei, de mily kicsiny rész az, amit meghallunk abból! Ám az ő hatalmának mennydörgését ki érthetné meg?
AS	Lo, these are but the outskirts of his ways: And how small a whisper do we hear of him! But the thunder of his power who can understand?
