KG	Minekutána az Isten sok rendben és sokféleképpen szólott hajdan az atyáknak a próféták által, ez utolsó időkben szólott nékünk Fia által,
AS	God, having of old time spoken unto the fathers in the prophets by divers portions and in divers manners,
KJV	God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,

KG	Akit tett mindennek örökösévé, aki által a világot is teremtette,
AS	hath at the end of these days spoken unto us in `his' Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, through whom also he made the worlds;
KJV	Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;

KG	Aki az ő dicsőségének visszatükröződése, és az ő valóságának képmása, aki hatalma szavával fentartja a mindenséget, aki minket bűneinktől megtisztítván, üle a Felségnek jobbjára a magasságban,
AS	who being the effulgence of his glory, and the very image of his substance, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had made purification of sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;
KJV	Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:

KG	Annyival kiválóbb lévén az angyaloknál, amennyivel különb nevet örökölt azoknál.
AS	having become by so much better than the angels, as he hath inherited a more excellent name than they.
KJV	Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.

KG	Mert kinek mondotta valaha az angyalok közül: Én Fiam vagy te, én ma szűltelek téged? és ismét: Én leszek néki Atyja és ő lesz nékem Fiam?
AS	For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, This day have I begotten thee? and again, I will be to him a Father, And he shall be to me a Son?
KJV	For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?

KG	Viszont mikor behozza az ő elsőszülöttét a világba, így szól: És imádják őt az Istennek minden angyalai.
AS	And when he again bringeth in the firstborn into the world he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.
KJV	And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.

KG	És bár az angyalokról így szól: Ki az ő angyalait szelekké teszi és az ő szolgáit tűz lángjává,
AS	And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels winds, And his ministers a flame a fire:
KJV	And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.

KG	Ámde a Fiúról így: A te királyi széked óh Isten örökkön örökké. Igazságnak pálcája a te országodnak pálcája.
AS	but of the Son `he saith,' Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever; And the sceptre of uprightness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
KJV	But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

KG	Szeretted az igazságot és gyűlölted a hamisságot: annakokáért felkent téged az Isten, a te Istened, örömnek olajával a te társaid felett.
AS	Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; Therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee With the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
KJV	Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

KG	És: Te Uram kezdetben alapítottad a földet és a te kezeidnek művei az egek;
AS	And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning didst lay the foundation of the earth, And the heavens are the works of thy hands:
KJV	And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:

KG	Azok elvesznek, de te megmaradsz, és mindazok, mint a ruha megavulnak.
AS	They shall perish; but thou continuest: And they all shall wax old as doth a garment;
KJV	They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment;

KG	És palástként összehajtod azokat és elváltoznak, te pedig ugyanaz vagy és a te esztendeid el nem fogynak.
AS	And as a mantle shalt thou roll them up, As a garment, and they shall be changed: But thou art the same, And thy years shall not fail.
KJV	And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail.

KG	Melyik angyalnak mondotta pedig valaha: Ülj az én jobbkezem felől, míglen ellenségeidet lábaidnak zsámolyává teszem?
AS	But of which of the angels hath he said at any time, Sit thou on my right hand, Till I make thine enemies the footstool of thy feet?
KJV	But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?

KG	Avagy nem szolgáló lelkek-é mindazok, elküldve szolgálatra azokért, akik örökölni fogják az idvességet?
AS	Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to do service for the sake of them that shall inherit salvation?
KJV	Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
