KJV	And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:

KG	Aki által vettük a kegyelmet és az apostolságot a hitben való engedelmességnek okáért, minden pogányok között, az ő nevéért;
KJV	By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:

KG	Kik között vagytok ti is, Jézus Krisztusnak hivatalosai:
KJV	Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ:

KG	Mindeneknek, akik Rómában vagytok, Isten szerelmeseinek, hivatalos szenteknek: Kegyelem néktek és békesség Istentől, a mi Atyánktól és az Úr Jézus Krisztustól.
KJV	To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

KG	Először hálát adok az én Istenemnek a Jézus Krisztus által mindnyájatokért, hogy a ti hiteteknek az egész világon híre van;
KJV	First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.

KG	Mert bizonyságom nékem az Isten, kinek lelkem szerint szolgálok az ő Fiának evangyéliomában, hogy szüntelen emlékezem felőletek,
KJV	For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;

KG	Imádkozásaimban mindenkor könyörögvén, vajha egyszer már jó szerencsés út adódnék nékem Istennek akaratából, hogy hozzátok mehessek;
KJV	Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you.

KG	Mert kívánlak titeket látni, hogy valami lelki ajándékot közölhessek veletek a ti megerősítésetekre,
KJV	For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established;

KG	Azaz, hogy együtt felbuzduljunk ti nálatok egymás hite által, a tiétek meg az enyém által.
KJV	That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.

KG	Nem akarom pedig, hogy ne tudjátok atyámfiai, hogy én gyakran elvégeztem magamban, hogy elmegyek hozzátok (de mindez ideig megakadályoztattam), hogy köztetek is nyerjek valami lelki gyümölcsöt, mint a többi pogányok közt is.
KJV	Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come unto you, (but was let hitherto,) that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles.

KG	Mind a görögöknek, mind a barbároknak, mind a bölcseknek, mind a tudatlanoknak köteles vagyok.

KG	Mert nem szégyenlem a Krisztus evangyéliomát; mert Istennek hatalma az minden hívőnek idvességére, zsidónak először meg görögnek.
KJV	For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

KG	Mert az Istennek igazsága jelentetik ki abban hitből hitbe, miképpen meg van írva: Az igaz ember pedig hitből él.
KJV	For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

KG	Mert nyilván van az Istennek haragja mennyből, az embereknek minden hitetlensége és hamissága ellen, kik az igazságot hamissággal feltartóztatják.
KJV	For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

KG	Mert ami az Isten felől tudható nyilván van ő bennök; mert az Isten megjelentette nékik:
KJV	Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

KG	Mert ami Istenben láthatatlan, tudniillik az ő örökké való hatalma és istensége, a világ teremtésétől fogva az ő alkotásaiból megértetvén megláttatik; úgy, hogy ők menthetetlenek.
KJV	For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

KG	Mert bár az Istent megismerték, mindazáltal nem mint Istent dicsőítették őt, sem néki hálákat nem adtak; hanem az ő okoskodásaikban hiábavalókká lettek, és az ő balgatag szívök megsötétedett.
KJV	Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

KG	Magokat bölcseknek vallván, balgatagokká lettek;
KJV	Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

KG	És az örökkévaló Istennek dicsőségét felcserélték a mulandó embereknek és madaraknak és négylábú állatoknak és csúszó-mászó állatoknak képmásával.
KJV	And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

KG	Annakokáért adta is őket az Isten szívök kivánságaiban tisztátalanságra, hogy egymás testét megszeplősítsék;
KJV	Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

KG	Mint akik az Isten igazságát hazugsággá változtatták, és a teremtett dolgokat tisztelték és szolgálták a teremtő helyett, aki mind örökké áldott. Ámen.
KJV	Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

KG	Annakokáért adta őket az Isten tisztátalan indulatokra; mert az ő asszonynépeik is elváltoztatták a természet folyását természetellenesre:
KJV	For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

KG	Hasonlóképpen a férfiak is elhagyván az asszonynéppel való természetes élést, egymásra gerjedtek bujaságukban, férfiak férfiakkal fertelmeskedvén, és az ő tévelygésöknek méltó jutalmát elvevén önmagokban.
KJV	And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

KG	És amiképpen nem méltatták az Istent arra, hogy ismeretökben megtartsák, azonképpen oda adta őket az Isten méltatlan gondolkozásra, hogy illetlen dolgokat cselekedjenek;
KJV	And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

KG	Akik teljesek minden hamissággal, paráznasággal, gonoszsággal, kapzsisággal, rosszasággal; rakvák, írigységgel, gyilkossággal, versengéssel, álnoksággal, rossz erkölcscsel;
KJV	Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

KG	Súsárlók, rágalmazók, istengyűlölők, dölyfösek, kevélyek, dicsekedők, rosszban mesterkedők, szüleiknek engedetlenek,
KJV	Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,

KG	Balgatagok, összeférhetetlenek, szeretet nélkül valók, engesztelhetetlenek, irgalmatlanok.
KJV	Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

KG	Kik jóllehet az Isten végzését ismerik, hogy akik ilyeneket cselekesznek, méltók a halálra, mégis nemcsak cselekszik azokat, hanem az akképpen cselekvőkkel egyet is értenek.
KJV	Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
