KG	Ami a szentek számára való alamizsnát illeti, amiképpen Galácia gyülekezeteinek rendeltem, ti is azonképpen cselekedjetek.
KJV	Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, even so do ye.

KG	A hétnek első napján mindenitek tegye félre magánál, amit sikerül összegyűjtenie, hogy ne akkor történjék a gyűjtés, amikor odamegyek.
KJV	Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.

KG	Mikor pedig megérkezem, akiket javaltok leveleitek által, azokat küldöm el, hogy elvigyék Jeruzsálembe a ti ajándékotokat.
KJV	And when I come, whomsoever ye shall approve by your letters, them will I send to bring your liberality unto Jerusalem.

KG	Ha pedig méltó lesz, hogy én is elmenjek, velem együtt jönnek.
KJV	And if it be meet that I go also, they shall go with me.

KG	Elmegyek pedig ti hozzátok, mikor Macedónián általmenéndek: mert Macedónián általmegyek,
KJV	Now I will come unto you, when I shall pass through Macedonia: for I do pass through Macedonia.

KG	Nálatok azonban talán megmaradok, vagy ott is telelek, hogy ti kísérjetek el, ahová menéndek.
KJV	And it may be that I will abide, yea, and winter with you, that ye may bring me on my journey whithersoever I go.

KG	Mert nem akarlak titeket épen csak átmenet közben látni, de reménylem, hogy valami ideig nálatok maradok, ha az Úr engedi.
KJV	For I will not see you now by the way; but I trust to tarry a while with you, if the Lord permit.

KG	Efézusban pedig pünkösdig maradok.
KJV	But I will tarry at Ephesus until Pentecost.

KG	Mert nagy kapu nyílott meg előttem és hasznos, az ellenség is sok.
KJV	For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.

KG	Hogyha pedig megérkezik Timótheus, meglássátok, hogy bátorságos maradása legyen nálatok; mert az Úrnak dolgát cselekszi, mint én is.
KJV	Now if Timotheus come, see that he may be with you without fear: for he worketh the work of the Lord, as I also do.

KG	Senki azért őt meg ne vesse: hanem bocsássátok el őt békességgel, hogy hozzám jöhessen; mert várom őt az atyafiakkal együtt.
KJV	Let no man therefore despise him: but conduct him forth in peace, that he may come unto me: for I look for him with the brethren.

KG	Ami pedig Apollós atyafit illeti, igen kértem őt, hogy menjen el hozzátok az atyafiakkal együtt: de semmiképpen sem volt kedve, hogy most elmenjen; de majd elmegy, mihelyt jó alkalmatossága lészen.
KJV	As touching our brother Apollos, I greatly desired him to come unto you with the brethren: but his will was not at all to come at this time; but he will come when he shall have convenient time.

KG	Vigyázzatok, álljatok meg a hitben, legyetek férfiak, legyetek erősek!
KJV	Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.

KG	Minden dolgotok szeretetben menjen végbe!
KJV	Let all your things be done with charity.

KG	Intelek pedig titeket, atyámfiai, hiszen tudjátok, hogy Stefanásnak háznépe Akhája zsengéje, és ők a szenteknek való szolgálatra adták magukat.
KJV	I beseech you, brethren, (ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia, and that they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints,)

KG	Hogy ti is engedelmeskedjetek az ilyeneknek, és mindenkinek, aki velök szolgál és fárad.
KJV	That ye submit yourselves unto such, and to every one that helpeth with us, and laboureth.

KG	Örvendezek pedig a Stefanás, Fortunátus és Akhaikus eljövetelének; mert a bennetek való fogyatkozást ezek betöltötték.
KJV	I am glad of the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus: for that which was lacking on your part they have supplied.

KG	Mert megnyugtatták az én lelkemet és a tiéteket is. Megbecsüljétek azért az ilyeneket.
KJV	For they have refreshed my spirit and your's: therefore acknowledge ye them that are such.

KG	Köszöntenek titeket Ázsia gyülekezetei; köszöntenek titeket az Úrban felette igen Akvila és Priscilla, a házuknál levő gyülekezettel egybe.
KJV	The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla salute you much in the Lord, with the church that is in their house.

KG	Köszöntenek titeket az atyafiak mindnyájan. Köszöntsétek egymást szent csókkal.
KJV	All the brethren greet you. Greet ye one another with an holy kiss.

KG	A köszöntés a saját kezemmel, a Páléval.
KJV	The salutation of me Paul with mine own hand.

KG	Ha valaki nem szereti az Úr Jézus Krisztust, legyen átkozott! Maran atha.
KJV	If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maranatha.

KG	Az Úr Jézus Krisztusnak kegyelme veletek!
KJV	The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

KG	Az én szeretetem mindnyájatokkal a Jézus Krisztusban! Ámen.
KJV	My love be with you all in Christ Jesus. Amen.
