KG	Mondd meg nékünk, mikor történnek meg ezek; és mi lesz a jel, amikor mindezek beteljesednek?
AS	Tell us, when shall these things be? and what `shall be' the sign when these things are all about to be accomplished?
KJV	Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled?

KG	Jézus pedig felelvén nékik, kezdé mondani: Meglássátok, hogy valaki el ne hitessen titeket.
AS	And Jesus began to say unto them, Take heed that no man lead you astray.
KJV	And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you:

KG	Mert sokan jőnek majd az én nevemben, akik azt mondják: Én vagyok: és sokakat elhitetnek.
AS	Many shall come in my name, saying, I am `he'; and shall lead many astray.
KJV	For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

KG	Mikor pedig hallani fogtok háborúkról és háborúk híreiről, meg ne rémüljetek, mert meg kell lenniök; de ez még nem a vég.
AS	And when ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars, be not troubled: `these things' must needs come to pass; but the end is not yet.
KJV	And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet.

KG	Mert nemzet nemzet ellen, és ország ország ellen támad; és lesznek földindulások mindenfelé, és lesznek éhségek és háborúságok.
AS	For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; there shall be earthquakes in divers places; there shall be famines: these things are the beginning of travail.

KG	Nyomorúságoknak kezdetei ezek. Ti pedig vigyázzatok magatokra: mert törvényszékeknek adnak át titeket, és gyülekezetekben vernek meg titeket, és helytartók és királyok elé állítanak én érettem, bizonyságul ő nékik.
AS	But take ye heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in synagogues shall ye be beaten; and before governors and kings shall ye stand for my sake, for a testimony unto them.

KG	De előbb hirdettetnie kell az evangyéliomnak minden pogányok között.

KG	Mikor pedig fogva visznek, hogy átadjanak titeket, ne aggodalmaskodjatok előre, hogy mit szóljatok, és ne gondolkodjatok, hanem ami adatik néktek abban az órában, azt szóljátok; mert nem ti vagytok, akik szólotok, hanem a Szent Lélek.
AS	And when they lead you `to judgment', and deliver you up, be not anxious beforehand what ye shall speak: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye; for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Spirit.
KJV	But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.

KG	Halálra fogja pedig adni testvér testvérét, atya gyermekét; és magzatok támadnak szülők ellen, és megöletik őket.
AS	And brother shall deliver up brother to death, and the father his child; and children shall rise up against parents, and cause them to be put to death.

KG	És lesztek gyűlöletesek mindenki előtt az én nevemért; de aki mindvégig megmarad, az megtartatik.
AS	And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end, the same shall be saved.

KG	Mikor pedig látjátok a pusztító utálatosságot, amelyről Dániel próféta szólott, ott állani, ahol nem kellene (aki olvassa, értse meg), akkor akik Júdeában lesznek, fussanak a hegyekre;
AS	But when ye see the abomination of desolation standing where he ought not (let him that readeth understand), then let them that are in Judaea flee unto the mountains:

KG	A háztetőn levő pedig le ne szálljon a házba, se be ne menjen, hogy házából valamit kivigyen;
AS	and let him that is on the housetop not go down, nor enter in, to take anything out his house:
KJV	And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out of his house:

KG	És a mezőn levő haza ne térjen, hogy ruháját elvigye.
AS	and let him that is in the field not return back to take his cloak.
KJV	And let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment.

KG	Jaj pedig a terhes és a szoptató asszonyoknak azokban a napokban.
AS	But woe unto them that are with child and to them that give suck in those days!

KG	Imádkozzatok pedig, hogy a ti futástok ne télen legyen.
AS	And pray ye that it be not in the winter.
KJV	And pray ye that your flight be not in the winter.

KG	Mert azok a napok olyan nyomorúságosak lesznek, amilyenek a világ kezdete óta, amelyet Isten teremtett, mind ez ideig nem voltak, és nem is lesznek.
AS	For those days shall be tribulation, such as there hath not been the like from the beginning of the creation which God created until now, and never shall be.
KJV	For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.

KG	És ha az Úr meg nem rövidítette volna azokat a napokat, egyetlen test sem menekülne meg; de a választottakért, akiket kiválasztott, megrövidítette azokat a napokat.
AS	And except the Lord had shortened the days, no flesh would have been saved; but for the elect's sake, whom he chose, he shortened the days.

KG	Mert hamis Krisztusok és hamis próféták támadnak, és jeleket és csodákat tesznek, hogy elhitessék, ha lehet, még a választottakat is.
AS	for there shall arise false Christs and false prophets, and shall show signs and wonders, that they may lead astray, if possible, the elect.

KG	Ti pedig vigyázzatok; ímé előre megmondottam néktek mindent.

KG	Azonképpen ti is, mikor látjátok, hogy ezek meglesznek, tudjátok meg, hogy közel van, az ajtó előtt.
AS	even so ye also, when ye see these things coming to pass, know ye that he is nigh, `even' at the doors.
KJV	So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors.

KG	Bizony mondom néktek, hogy el nem múlik ez a nemzetség, amíg meg nem lesznek mindezek.
AS	Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, until all these things be accomplished.

KG	Figyeljetek, vigyázzatok és imádkozzatok; mert nem tudjátok, mikor jő el az az idő.

KG	Úgy mint az az ember, aki messze útra kelve, házát elhagyván, és szolgáit felhatalmazván, és kinek-kinek a maga dolgát megszabván, az ajtónállónak is megparancsolta, hogy vigyázzon.
AS	`It is' as `when' a man, sojourning in another country, having left his house, and given authority to his servants, to each one his work, commanded also the porter to watch.
KJV	For the Son of Man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.

KG	Vigyázzatok azért, mert nem tudjátok, mikor érkezik meg a háznak ura, este-é vagy éjfélkor, vagy kakasszókor, vagy reggel?
AS	Watch therefore: for ye know not when the lord of the house cometh, whether at even, or at midnight, or at cockcrowing, or in the morning;

KG	Hogy, ha hirtelen megérkezik, ne találjon titeket aludva.
AS	lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.

KG	Amiket pedig néktek mondok, mindenkinek mondom: Vigyázzatok!
AS	And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.
