KG	Most pedig hallgass ó Izráel a rendelésekre és végzésekre, amelyekre én tanítlak titeket, hogy azok szerint cselekedjetek, hogy élhessetek, és bemehessetek, és bírhassátok a földet, amelyet az Úr, a ti atyáitoknak Istene ád néktek.
KJV	Now therefore hearken, O Israel, unto the statutes and unto the judgments, which I teach you, for to do them, that ye may live, and go in and possess the land which the LORD God of your fathers giveth you.

KG	Semmit se tegyetek az ígéhez, amelyet én parancsolok néktek, se el ne vegyetek abból, hogy megtarthassátok az Úrnak, a ti Isteneteknek parancsolatait, amelyeket én parancsolok néktek.
KJV	Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

KG	Szemeitekkel láttátok, amit cselekedett az Úr Baal-Peór miatt; hogy minden embert, aki Baal-Peór után járt, kipusztított az Úr, a te Istened te közüled.
KJV	Your eyes have seen what the LORD did because of Baalpeor: for all the men that followed Baalpeor, the LORD thy God hath destroyed them from among you.

KG	Ti pedig, akik ragaszkodtatok az Úrhoz, a ti Istenetekhez, mindnyájan éltek e napig.
KJV	But ye that did cleave unto the LORD your God are alive every one of you this day.

KG	Lássátok, tanítottalak titeket rendelésekre és végzésekre, amint megparancsolta nékem az Úr, az én Istenem, hogy azok szerint cselekedjetek azon a földön, amelybe bementek, hogy bírjátok azt.
KJV	Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as the LORD my God commanded me, that ye should do so in the land whither ye go to possess it.

KG	Megtartsátok azért és megcselekedjétek! Mert ez lesz a ti bölcseségtek és értelmetek a népek előtt, akik meghallják majd mind e rendeléseket, és ezt mondják: Bizony bölcs és értelmes nép ez a nagy nemzet!
KJV	Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.

KG	Mert melyik nagy nemzet az, amelyhez olyan közel volna az ő Istene, mint mi hozzánk az Úr, a mi Istenünk, valahányszor hozzá kiáltunk?
KJV	For what nation is there so great, who hath God so nigh unto them, as the LORD our God is in all things that we call upon him for?

KG	És melyik nagy nemzet az, amelynek olyan rendelései és igazságos végzései volnának, mint ez az egész törvény, amelyet én ma adok elétek?!
KJV	And what nation is there so great, that hath statutes and judgments so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day?

KG	Csak vigyázz magadra, és őrizd jól a te lelkedet, hogy el ne felejtkezzél azokról, amelyeket láttak a te szemeid, és hogy el ne távozzanak a te szívedtől teljes életedben, hanem ismertesd meg azokat a te fiaiddal és fiaidnak fiaival.
KJV	Only take heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently, lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life: but teach them thy sons, and thy sons' sons;

KG	El ne felejtkezzél a napról, amelyen az Úr előtt, a te Istened előtt állottál a Hóreben, amikor azt mondta nékem az Úr: Gyűjtsd egybe nékem a népet, hogy hallassam véle beszédeimet, hogy tanuljanak félni engem, minden időben, amíg e földön élnek, és tanítsák meg fiaikat is.
KJV	Specially the day that thou stoodest before the LORD thy God in Horeb, when the LORD said unto me, Gather me the people together, and I will make them hear my words, that they may learn to fear me all the days that they shall live upon the earth, and that they may teach their children.

KG	És előjárulátok, és megállátok a hegy alatt; a hegy pedig tűzben ég vala mind az ég közepéig, mindamellett sötétség, köd és homályosság vala.
KJV	And ye came near and stood under the mountain; and the mountain burned with fire unto the midst of heaven, with darkness, clouds, and thick darkness.

KG	És szóla az Úr néktek a tűz közepéből. A szavak hangját ti is halljátok vala, de csak a hangot; alakot azonban nem láttok vala.
KJV	And the LORD spake unto you out of the midst of the fire: ye heard the voice of the words, but saw no similitude; only ye heard a voice.

KG	És kijelenté néktek az ő szövetségét, amelyre nézve utasított titeket a tíz ige teljesítésére, és felírá azokat két kőtáblára.
KJV	And he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even ten commandments; and he wrote them upon two tables of stone.

KG	Engem is utasított az Úr abban az időben, hogy tanítsalak meg titeket a rendelésekre és végzésekre, hogy azok szerint cselekedjetek azon a földön, amelyre átmentek, hogy bírjátok azt.
KJV	And the LORD commanded me at that time to teach you statutes and judgments, that ye might do them in the land whither ye go over to possess it.

KG	Őrizzétek meg azért jól a ti lelketeket, mert semmi alakot nem láttatok akkor, amikor a tűznek közepéből szólott hozzátok az Úr a Hóreben;
KJV	Take ye therefore good heed unto yourselves; for ye saw no manner of similitude on the day that the LORD spake unto you in Horeb out of the midst of the fire:

KG	Hogy el ne vetemedjetek, és faragott képet, valamely bálványféle alakot ne csináljatok magatoknak, férfi vagy asszony képére;
KJV	Lest ye corrupt yourselves, and make you a graven image, the similitude of any figure, the likeness of male or female,

KG	Képére valamely baromnak, amely van a földön; képére valamely repdeső madárnak, amely röpköd a levegőben;
KJV	The likeness of any beast that is on the earth, the likeness of any winged fowl that flieth in the air,

KG	Képére valamely földön csúszó-mászó állatnak; képére valamely halnak, amely van a föld alatt lévő vizekben.
KJV	The likeness of any thing that creepeth on the ground, the likeness of any fish that is in the waters beneath the earth:

KG	Se szemeidet fel ne emeld az égre, hogy meglásd a napot, a holdat és a csillagokat, az égnek minden seregét, hogy meg ne tántorodjál, és le ne borulj azok előtt, és ne tiszteljed azokat, amelyeket az Úr, a te Istened minden néppel közlött, az egész ég alatt.
KJV	And lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, shouldest be driven to worship them, and serve them, which the LORD thy God hath divided unto all nations under the whole heaven.

KG	Titeket pedig kézen fogott az Úr, és kihozott titeket a vas kemencéből, Égyiptomból, hogy legyetek néki örökös népe, miképpen e mai napon vagytok.
KJV	But the LORD hath taken you, and brought you forth out of the iron furnace, even out of Egypt, to be unto him a people of inheritance, as ye are this day.

KG	De én reám megharaguvék az Úr ti miattatok, és megesküvék, hogy nem megyek át a Jordánon, és hogy nem megyek be arra a jó földre, amelyet az Úr, a te Istened, ád néked örökségül.
KJV	Furthermore the LORD was angry with me for your sakes, and sware that I should not go over Jordan, and that I should not go in unto that good land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance:

KG	Miután én meghalok e földön, nem megyek át a Jordánon; ti pedig átmentek, és bírjátok azt a jó földet;
KJV	But I must die in this land, I must not go over Jordan: but ye shall go over, and possess that good land.

KG	Vigyázzatok, hogy az Úrnak, a ti Isteneteknek szövetségéről, amelyet kötött veletek, el ne felejtkezzetek, és ne csináljatok magatoknak faragott képet, akármihez is hasonlót, amiképpen megparancsolta az Úr, a te Istened.
KJV	Take heed unto yourselves, lest ye forget the covenant of the LORD your God, which he made with you, and make you a graven image, or the likeness of any thing, which the LORD thy God hath forbidden thee.

KG	Mert az Úr, a te Istened emésztő tűz, féltőn szerető Isten ő.
KJV	For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.

KG	Hogyha majd fiakat és unokákat nemzesz, és megvénhedtek azon a földön, és elvetemedtek, és csináltok magatoknak faragott képet, akármihez is hasonlót, és gonoszt cselekesztek az Úrnak, a te Istenednek szemei előtt, haragra ingerelvén őt:
KJV	When thou shalt beget children, and children's children, and ye shall have remained long in the land, and shall corrupt yourselves, and make a graven image, or the likeness of any thing, and shall do evil in the sight of the LORD thy God, to provoke him to anger:

KG	Bizonyságul hívom ti ellenetek e mai napon a mennyet és a földet, hogy elveszvén hamarsággal elvesztek a földről, amelyre átmentek a Jordánon, hogy bírjátok azt; nem laktok sok ideig azon, hanem pusztára kipusztultok róla.
KJV	I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that ye shall soon utterly perish from off the land whereunto ye go over Jordan to possess it; ye shall not prolong your days upon it, but shall utterly be destroyed.

KG	És az Úr szétszór titeket a népek közé, és szám szerint kevesen maradtok meg a népek között, akik közé visz titeket az Úr.
KJV	And the LORD shall scatter you among the nations, and ye shall be left few in number among the heathen, whither the LORD shall lead you.

KG	És szolgáltok ott emberi kéz által csinált isteneknek: fának és kőnek, amelyek nem látnak, nem is hallanak, nem is esznek, nem is szagolnak.
KJV	And there ye shall serve gods, the work of men's hands, wood and stone, which neither see, nor hear, nor eat, nor smell.

KG	De ha onnan keresed meg az Urat, a te Istenedet, akkor is megtalálod, hogyha teljes szívedből és teljes lelkedből keresed őt.
KJV	But if from thence thou shalt seek the LORD thy God, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul.

KG	Mikor nyomorúságban leéndesz, és utólérnek téged mindezek az utolsó időkben, és megtérsz az Úrhoz, a te Istenedhez, és hallgatsz az ő szavára:
KJV	When thou art in tribulation, and all these things are come upon thee, even in the latter days, if thou turn to the LORD thy God, and shalt be obedient unto his voice;

KG	(Mert irgalmas Isten az Úr, a te Istened), nem hágy el téged, sem el nem veszít, sem el nem felejtkezik a te atyáidnak szövetségéről, amely felől megesküdt nékik.
KJV	(For the LORD thy God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them.

KG	Mert tudakozzál csak a régi időkről, amelyek te előtted voltak, ama naptól fogva, amelyen az Isten embert teremtett e földre, és pedig az égnek egyik szélétől az égnek másik széléig, ha történt-é e nagy dologhoz hasonló, vagy hallatszott-é ehhez fogható?
KJV	For ask now of the days that are past, which were before thee, since the day that God created man upon the earth, and ask from the one side of heaven unto the other, whether there hath been any such thing as this great thing is, or hath been heard like it?

KG	Hallotta-é valamely nép a tűz közepéből szóló Istennek szavát, amiképpen hallottad te, hogy életben maradt volna?
KJV	Did ever people hear the voice of God speaking out of the midst of the fire, as thou hast heard, and live?

KG	Avagy próbálta-é azt Isten, hogy elmenjen és válasszon magának népet valamely nemzetség közül, kisértésekkel: jelekkel, csudákkal, haddal, hatalmas kézzel, kinyújtott karral, és nagy rettenetességek által, amiképpen cselekedte mind ezeket ti érettetek az Úr, a ti Istenetek Égyiptomban, szemeitek láttára?
KJV	Or hath God assayed to go and take him a nation from the midst of another nation, by temptations, by signs, and by wonders, and by war, and by a mighty hand, and by a stretched out arm, and by great terrors, according to all that the LORD your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

KG	Csak néked adatott láthatóan tudnod, hogy az Úr az Isten és nincsen kivüle több!
KJV	Unto thee it was showed, that thou mightest know that the LORD he is God; there is none else beside him.

KG	Az égből hallatta veled az ő szavát, hogy tanítson téged, a földön pedig mutatta néked amaz ő nagy tüzét, és hallottad beszédét a tűz közepéből.
KJV	Out of heaven he made thee to hear his voice, that he might instruct thee: and upon earth he showed thee his great fire; and thou heardest his words out of the midst of the fire.

KG	És mivel szerette a te atyáidat, és kiválasztotta az ő magvokat is ő utánok, és kihozott téged az ő orcájával Égyiptomból, az ő nagy erejével:
KJV	And because he loved thy fathers, therefore he chose their seed after them, and brought thee out in his sight with his mighty power out of Egypt;

KG	Hogy kiűzzön náladnál nagyobb és erősebb népeket előled, hogy bevigyen téged, és adja néked az ő földjöket örökségül, mint a mai napon van:
KJV	To drive out nations from before thee greater and mightier than thou art, to bring thee in, to give thee their land for an inheritance, as it is this day.

KG	Tudd meg azért e mai napon, és vedd szívedre, hogy az Úr az Isten, fent a mennyben, és alant e földön, és nincsen több!
KJV	Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that the LORD he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: there is none else.

KG	Tartsd meg azért az ő rendeléseit és parancsolatait, amelyeket én parancsolok ma néked, hogy jól legyen dolgod és a te fiaidnak te utánad, és hogy mindenkor hosszú ideig élj azon a földön, amelyet az Úr, a te Istened ád néked.
KJV	Thou shalt keep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, for ever.

KG	Akkor választa Mózes három várost a Jordánon túl napkelet felé;
KJV	Then Moses severed three cities on this side Jordan toward the sunrising;

KG	Hogy oda fusson a gyilkos, aki nem akarva gyilkolta meg az ő felebarátját, aki az előtt nem gyűlölte vala, és hogy életben maradjon, ha befutott valamelyikbe e városok közül.
KJV	That the slayer might flee thither, which should kill his neighbor unawares, and hated him not in times past; and that fleeing unto one of these cities he might live:

KG	Tudniillik Becert a pusztában, a sík földön a Ruben fiainak, Rámótot Gileádban a Gád fiainak, és Gólánt Básánban a Manassé fiainak.
KJV	Namely, Bezer in the wilderness, in the plain country, of the Reubenites; and Ramoth in Gilead, of the Gadites; and Golan in Bashan, of the Manassites.

KG	Ez pedig a törvény, amelyet Mózes adott az Izráel fiai elé.
KJV	And this is the law which Moses set before the children of Israel:

KG	Ezek a bizonyságtételek, a rendelések és a végzések, amelyeket szóla Mózes Izráel fiainak, mikor Égyiptomból kijöttek vala.
KJV	These are the testimonies, and the statutes, and the judgments, which Moses spake unto the children of Israel, after they came forth out of Egypt.

KG	A Jordánon túl a völgyben, Beth-Peórnak átellenében, Szihonnak, az Emoreusok királyának földjén, aki lakozik vala Hesbonban, akit megvert vala Mózes, az Izráel fiaival egyben, mikor Égyiptomból kijöttek vala.
KJV	On this side Jordan, in the valley over against Bethpeor, in the land of Sihon king of the Amorites, who dwelt at Heshbon, whom Moses and the children of Israel smote, after they were come forth out of Egypt:

KG	És elfoglalák az ő földét, és Ógnak, Básán királyának földét, az Emoreusok két királyáét, akik a Jordánon túl laknak vala napkelet felől.
KJV	And they possessed his land, and the land of Og king of Bashan, two kings of the Amorites, which were on this side Jordan toward the sunrising;

KG	Aróertől fogva, mely az Arnon patakának partján van, a Sion hegyéig, amely a Hermon;
KJV	From Aroer, which is by the bank of the river Arnon, even unto mount Sion, which is Hermon,

KG	És az egész síkságot a Jordánon túl napkelet felé, a síkság tengeréig, a Piszga hegy aljáig.
KJV	And all the plain on this side Jordan eastward, even unto the sea of the plain, under the springs of Pisgah.
