KG	És lőn Salamon király az egész Izráel felett királylyá.
KJV	So king Solomon was king over all Israel.

KG	Ezek valának pedig az ő főemberei: Azária, Sádók papnak fia.
KJV	And these were the princes which he had; Azariah the son of Zadok the priest,

KG	Elihóref és Ahija, Sisának fiai íródeákok, Jósafát, az Ahilud fia, emlékíró vala.
KJV	Elihoreph and Ahiah, the sons of Shisha, scribes; Jehoshaphat the son of Ahilud, the recorder.

KG	És Benája, a Jójada fia, a sereg hadnagya; Sádók pedig és Abjátár papok.
KJV	And Benaiah the son of Jehoiada was over the host: and Zadok and Abiathar were the priests:

KG	És Azáriás, a Nátán fia, a tiszttartók előljárója; és Zábud, a Nátán fia, főtanácsos és a király barátja.
KJV	And Azariah the son of Nathan was over the officers: and Zabud the son of Nathan was principal officer, and the king's friend:

KG	És Ahisár udvarbíró; Adónirám pedig, az Abda fia, kincstartó.
KJV	And Ahishar was over the household: and Adoniram the son of Abda was over the tribute.

KG	Vala pedig Salamonnak tizenkét tiszttartója az egész Izráelen, akik ellátták a királyt és az ő háznépét: esztendőnként mindeniknek egy hónapig kellett az ellátásról gondot viselnie.
KJV	And Solomon had twelve officers over all Israel, which provided victuals for the king and his household: each man his month in a year made provision.

KG	És ezek azoknak neveik: Húrnak fia az Efraim hegyén.
KJV	And these are their names: The son of Hur, in mount Ephraim:

KG	Dékernek fia Mákásban, Sahálbimban, Béth-Semesben és Elonban és Béth-Hanánban.
KJV	The son of Dekar, in Makaz, and in Shaalbim, and Bethshemesh, and Elonbethhanan:

KG	Hésednek fia Arúbotban, ő hozzá tartozott Szókó és Héfer egész földe.
KJV	The son of Hesed, in Aruboth; to him pertained Sochoh, and all the land of Hepher:

KG	Abinádáb fiaié volt Dór egész határa. A Salamon leánya, Táfát, vala néki felesége.
KJV	The son of Abinadab, in all the region of Dor; which had Taphath the daughter of Solomon to wife:

KG	Bahana, az Ahilud fia, bírja vala Taanákot és Megiddót és egész Béth-Seánt, mely Sartána mellett vala Jezréel alatt, Béth-Seántól fogva mind Abela Méholáig és mind Jokméámon túl.
KJV	Baana the son of Ahilud; to him pertained Taanach and Megiddo, and all Bethshean, which is by Zartanah beneath Jezreel, from Bethshean to Abelmeholah, even unto the place that is beyond Jokneam:

KG	Gébernek fia, Rámóth Gileádban: övé valának Jáirnak, a Manasse fiának falui, melyek Gileádban valának; az övé volt az Argób tartománya, mely Básánban vala, hatvan nagy város kőfallal és érczárakkal megerősítve.
KJV	The son of Geber, in Ramothgilead; to him pertained the towns of Jair the son of Manasseh, which are in Gilead; to him also pertained the region of Argob, which is in Bashan, threescore great cities with walls and brazen bars:

KG	Ahinádáb, Iddó fia Mahanáimban.
KJV	Ahinadab the son of Iddo had Mahanaim:

KG	Ahimaás Naftaliban; a Salamon leányát, Bosmátát vevé magának feleségül ő is.
KJV	Ahimaaz was in Naphtali; he also took Basmath the daughter of Solomon to wife:

KG	Bahana, Khúsai fia, Áserben és Alóthban.
KJV	Baanah the son of Hushai was in Asher and in Aloth:

KG	Jósafát, Paruákh fia, Issakhárban.
KJV	Jehoshaphat the son of Paruah, in Issachar:

KG	Simei, Éla fia, Benjáminban.
KJV	Shimei the son of Elah, in Benjamin:

KG	Géber, Uri fia, a Gileád földében, Sihonnak, az Emoreus királyának földében, és Ógnak, a Básánbeli királynak földében; és ez egy tiszttartó bírja vala azt a földet.
KJV	Geber the son of Uri was in the country of Gilead, in the country of Sihon king of the Amorites, and of Og king of Bashan; and he was the only officer which was in the land.

KG	És Júda és Izráel megsokasodott, olyan sok volt, mint a tenger mellett való föveny, és ettek, ittak és vigadtak.
KJV	Judah and Israel were many, as the sand which is by the sea in multitude, eating and drinking, and making merry.

KG	Salamon pedig uralkodék minden országokon a folyóvíztől fogva egész a Filiszteusok földéig és Égyiptomnak határáig, és ajándékokat hoznak vala, és szolgálnak vala Salamonnak, életének minden idejében.
KJV	And Solomon reigned over all kingdoms from the river unto the land of the Philistines, and unto the border of Egypt: they brought presents, and served Solomon all the days of his life.

KG	És Salamon eledele naponként ez vala: harminc véka zsemlyeliszt és hatvan véka közönséges liszt;
KJV	And Solomon's provision for one day was thirty measures of fine flour, and threescore measures of meal,

KG	Tíz hízlalt ökör, húsz füvön járt ökör és száz juh; a szarvasokon, őzeken, bivalokon és hízlalt madarakon kivül.
KJV	Ten fat oxen, and twenty oxen out of the pastures, and an hundred sheep, beside harts, and roebucks, and fallowdeer, and fatted fowl.

KG	Mert ő uralkodék minden helyeken a folyóvizen túl Thifsától fogva egész Gázáig; minden királyokon, akik a folyóvizen túl valának; és békessége volt néki minden alattvalóitól köröskörül.
KJV	For he had dominion over all the region on this side the river, from Tiphsah even to Azzah, over all the kings on this side the river: and he had peace on all sides round about him.

KG	És lakozék Júda és Izráel bátorsággal, kiki mind az ő szőlőtője és fügefája alatt. Dántól fogva Bersebáig; Salamonnak minden idejében.
KJV	And Judah and Israel dwelt safely, every man under his vine and under his fig tree, from Dan even to Beersheba, all the days of Solomon.

KG	És Salamonnak volt negyvenezer szekérbe való lova az istállókban, és tizenkétezer lovagja.
KJV	And Solomon had forty thousand stalls of horses for his chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen.

KG	És ezek a tiszttartók ellátták Salamon királyt és mindazokat, akik a Salamon király asztalánál valának, kiki az ő hónapján, minden fogyatkozás nélkül.
KJV	And those officers provided victual for king Solomon, and for all that came unto king Solomon's table, every man in his month: they lacked nothing.

KG	Azután árpát és szalmát is hoztak a lovaknak és a paripáknak arra a helyre, ahol a király volt, kiki az ő rendelete szerint.
KJV	Barley also and straw for the horses and dromedaries brought they unto the place where the officers were, every man according to his charge.

KG	És az Isten adott bölcseséget Salamonnak és igen nagy értelmet és mély szívet, mint a fövény, mely a tenger partján van.
KJV	And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea shore.

KG	Úgy hogy a Salamon bölcsesége nagyobb volt, mint a napkelet minden fiainak bölcsesége és Égyiptomnak egész bölcsesége.
KJV	And Solomon's wisdom excelled the wisdom of all the children of the east country, and all the wisdom of Egypt.

KG	Sőt bölcsebb volt minden embereknél, még az Ezráhita Ethánnál is és Hémánnál, Kálkólnál és Dardánál, a Máhol fiainál; és híre neve vala minden nemzetségek között köröskörül.
KJV	For he was wiser than all men; than Ethan the Ezrahite, and Heman, and Chalcol, and Darda, the sons of Mahol: and his fame was in all nations round about.

KG	És szerze háromezer példabeszédet, és az ő énekeinek száma ezer és öt volt.
KJV	And he spake three thousand proverbs: and his songs were a thousand and five.

KG	Szólott a fákról is, a Libánon cédrusfájától az izsópig, amely a falból nevekedik ki; és szólott a barmokról, a madarakról, a csúszó-mászó állatokról és a halakról is.
KJV	And he spake of trees, from the cedar tree that is in Lebanon even unto the hyssop that springeth out of the wall: he spake also of beasts, and of fowl, and of creeping things, and of fishes.

KG	És jőnek vala minden népek közül, hogy hallgassák a Salamon bölcseségét; a földnek minden királyaitól, akik hallották vala az ő bölcseségét.
KJV	And there came of all people to hear the wisdom of Solomon, from all kings of the earth, which had heard of his wisdom.
